Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 30 calendar days of delivery. This policy applies to products sold as new.

Return conditions

  • Non-defective products must be unused and in their original packaging, with labels and protective wrapping intact.
  • Defective or incorrect products must be reported with photos and the order number.
  • The original invoice or order confirmation must be provided.
  • Custom and special-order products, including products marked "Price on Request / Quote Only", cannot be returned unless defective or supplied incorrectly.

Exchanges

Exchange requests are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery and are subject to product availability. If the replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund will be issued.

How to return or exchange a product

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email admin@midlandtools.in with your order number and reason for the request.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return mailing address.
  3. Send the product to us by mail in secure packaging.

Return shipping and fees

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping label. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refund processing

After the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 calendar days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
