1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to midlandtools.in and purchases made from Midland Tools. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.

2. Business and B2B purchases

Midland Tools supplies industrial cutting tools and related products. Customers may purchase products for business use, manufacturing, commercial operations, or lawful resale. You are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for your intended application and that resale or use complies with applicable law.

3. Product information and availability

We aim to keep product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability accurate. Minor differences in packaging, colour, branding, or appearance may occur. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. Products marked "Price on Request", "Quote Only", custom, or special-order are subject to separate confirmation of price, availability, lead time, and return eligibility.

4. Prices, GST, and invoicing

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Applicable GST, shipping charges, and any other disclosed charges are shown at checkout or in the quotation. A GST-compliant invoice is issued by Technical Tools India, GSTIN 07BYYPA7798E1ZO. The customer is responsible for providing correct billing and GST details before invoicing.

5. Payments

We accept UPI, major credit and debit cards, net banking, and bank transfer. Payment must be successfully received or confirmed before an order is accepted for fulfilment. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the payment and billing information supplied is accurate.

6. Order acceptance and cancellation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline an order because of availability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, or other reasonable operational reasons. An order may be cancelled by the customer before dispatch by contacting us promptly. After dispatch, any eligible return or refund is governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship only within India. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST from Monday to Saturday are normally dispatched the same business day; later orders are normally dispatched the next business day. Delivery normally takes 2-5 business days after dispatch and may take up to 10 business days for remote or hard-to-reach locations. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

8. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are available only as described in our Refund and Return Policy. Custom and special-order products may have different return restrictions disclosed before purchase.

9. Industrial product use

Cutting tools and industrial products must be selected, installed, and operated by suitably trained persons using appropriate machinery, guards, protective equipment, speeds, feeds, and safety procedures. Machining results and tool life depend on the machine, setup, workpiece material, operating parameters, and operator practice. Product recommendations are general guidance unless expressly agreed in writing for a specific application.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, submit false information, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the website for unlawful activity.
