Delivery area

We currently accept and ship orders only within India.

Accepted payment methods

We accept UPI, major credit and debit cards, net banking, and bank transfer. The payment methods available for an order are shown at checkout or confirmed by us for directly arranged orders.

Shipping charges

Orders below Rs. 2,999: Rs. 70 delivery fee in standard-delivery states.
Orders below Rs. 2,999: Rs. 99 delivery fee in higher-delivery states.
Orders of Rs. 2,999 or more: free delivery.

Higher-delivery states currently include Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Goa, Jammu and Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Ladakh, Lakshadweep, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Puducherry, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Tripura. The applicable delivery charge is displayed at checkout.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST from Monday to Saturday are normally dispatched on the same business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are normally dispatched on the next business day.
Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are normally dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery normally takes 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Remote or hard-to-reach locations may take up to 10 business days.

Delivery estimates may be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes, public holidays, remote-location service limitations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking details are shared by email, SMS, or WhatsApp after dispatch.

Cancellation before dispatch

An order may be cancelled before it is dispatched. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp or email admin@midlandtools.in. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not available and any eligible return is handled under our Refund and Return Policy.

GST invoicing

Orders are supplied with a GST-compliant invoice from Technical Tools India (GSTIN 07BYYPA7798E1ZO). Registered business buyers may claim input tax credit subject to applicable GST rules.
