Ordering

How do I place an order?

Select the required product and options, add them to the cart, and complete checkout. For quotations or help identifying a product, contact us on WhatsApp or email admin@midlandtools.in.

What payment methods are available?

The payment methods currently available for an order are displayed at checkout. For directly arranged orders, payment terms are confirmed in writing before the order is accepted.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no general minimum order value for products that can be purchased through the website. Pack-size and minimum-quantity requirements, where applicable, are shown on the product page.

Do you provide GST invoices?

GST-compliant invoices are provided when the required billing information is supplied. Enter the correct legal name, billing address, and GSTIN during checkout when applicable.

Pricing

Do website prices include GST?

For products with a published price, the main displayed price includes 18% GST. The corresponding price before GST and GST amount are also shown where applicable. The cart and checkout show the amount payable before payment.

Are shipping charges included?

Standard shipping is ₹70 for orders below ₹2,999; standard delivery is free for orders ₹2,999 and above. Express shipping is ₹120 per order, where available. The available options and selected charge are shown before payment at checkout. See the Shipping Policy for full details.

Products

How do I confirm compatibility?

Compare the complete product or ISO code, dimensions, grade, hand, and pack size with your machine, holder, or existing tool. If unsure, send us clear photos and the complete code before ordering. Recommendations are guidance and do not replace the machine or tool manufacturer's requirements.

Are products sold individually or by box?

Pack sizes vary. The applicable quantity, box size, or selectable option is shown on each product page.

Are the products new?

Products offered through the website are sold as new unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently accept and ship online orders only within India.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery normally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Remote or hard-to-reach locations may take up to 10 business days. Courier delays, public holidays, or address issues can require additional time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information is sent after dispatch. You can also use our Track Order page or contact us with your order number.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return or exchange an eligible product?

Eligible new products can be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days of delivery. Non-defective products must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom, special-order, and quote-only products are excluded unless defective or supplied incorrectly.

Who pays for the return label?

The customer is responsible for the return label and return shipping. No restocking fee is charged. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 calendar days after the returned product is received and inspected. See the Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
