Ordering

How do I place an order?

Three ways: (1) add to cart on this website and checkout; (2) message us on WhatsApp with the product name, quantity, and delivery pincode; (3) call our Chandni Chowk office during business hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

On the website: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI on select cards. For WhatsApp orders: bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), UPI, or cash-on-delivery for orders under ₹5,000 in Delhi NCR only.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes. Every order includes a GST-compliant invoice. GST credit is fully available for registered B2B buyers. Make sure your GSTIN is entered at checkout for the invoice to be issued correctly.

Is there a minimum order value?

No minimum. You can order a single insert if that's what you need. However, Free Delivery

Products & grades

Can I switch from my current brand to yours without compromising tool life?

Usually yes. For most common P-steel and M-stainless work, Indian (Miranda, Ruhi) or Chinese OEM (Atomix, ZCC-CT) grades deliver 80-90% of the life of premium Japanese grades at 35-50% of the price. For production-critical work requiring absolute consistency, Mitsubishi/Kyocera premium remain the right call. Send us your current grade on WhatsApp and we'll recommend a cost-optimised substitute.

Will the insert I buy physically fit my existing toolholder?

If the ISO code matches (e.g., your holder takes CCMT060204 and our insert is CCMT060204), yes — ISO 1832 specs are standard across brands. The grade (AX3150, NC3120, etc.) is where brands differ; the physical shape/dimensions are identical.

Do you sell individual inserts or only boxes?

Carbide inserts are sold in standard manufacturer boxes of 10 pieces. Some Miranda HSS items are sold per piece. Check the product page for "Pack size" — it's listed in the specifications.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Yes — we're in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. Call/WhatsApp before visiting so we can have your items ready.

Are the prices on the website final?

Prices shown are before GST. Checkout adds 18% GST. Free Delivery No surprise charges after checkout.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, on most products for orders above ₹25,000. Message us on WhatsApp with the product and quantity for a specific quote.

Why is the same ISO insert priced differently across brands?

The physical insert is standard (ISO 1832). The grade — the carbide substrate and coating — is what differs and drives price. A Mitsubishi VP15TF insert costs more than an Atomix AX3150 not because of the shape but because of the grade engineering, coating process, and consistency batch-to-batch.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Delhi NCR: next business day. North India: 1-2 days. West India: 2-3 days. South India: 3-5 days. Full breakdown on our Shipping page.

Do you offer next-day delivery to non-Delhi cities?

Yes, for urgent orders via priority courier — ₹150-300 extra depending on destination. Arrange on WhatsApp before placing the order.

Do you ship internationally?

Not through the website currently. For international bulk orders above ₹50,000, contact us on WhatsApp for a custom quote.

Returns & warranty

Can I return an insert if I ordered the wrong one?

Yes, unused inserts in original packaging can be returned within 30 days — see our return policy. Used inserts (any signs of machining wear, coating damage, or coolant contact) cannot be returned.

Do carbide inserts come with a warranty?

Carbide inserts are consumables and don't carry a traditional warranty — their "life" depends entirely on your cutting parameters, material, and setup. If you receive a defective batch (chipped out-of-box, manufacturing flaw), we'll replace it free. Photos required for assessment.

Technical help

Can you recommend a grade and cutting parameters for my job?

Yes. Send us the workpiece material, hardness (if known), operation (turning/milling/boring), current cutting speed, and current tool-life result on WhatsApp. We'll recommend a grade/brand and starting parameters.

I don't know the ISO code of my current insert — can you help?

Yes — send us a clear photo of the insert (both faces + the box label). We'll identify the ISO code, grade, and equivalent substitutes across other brands.

What if I need a custom grinding or special coating?

We can facilitate custom grinding on standard blanks and coatings through our partner network. Minimum lot and turn-around depend on the specific request. Message us for details.
