Where we ship

Midland Tools ships pan-India. All major courier serviceable pincodes are covered. For remote pincodes not serviced by a courier, we'll reach out on WhatsApp with alternative options before dispatching.

Courier partners

We ship via Delhivery, DTDC, and Indian Post depending on destination. All shipments include a tracking number shared via SMS/WhatsApp once dispatched.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link within 2-4 hours. For status updates, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Express / Next-day options

Urgent orders (next-day delivery to most metros) available via priority couriers — ₹150-300 extra depending on destination. Message us on WhatsApp before placing the order to arrange.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

If an item arrives damaged in transit or the wrong item has been shipped, contact us within 48 hours on WhatsApp with photos of the package and item. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

International shipping

Currently we ship only within India. For international bulk orders, contact us on WhatsApp — we can quote international shipping on a case-by-case basis for quantities above ₹50,000.
